This is why I haven’t spent a lot of time on here. Or watched a lot of news #SelfCare
I see a lot of catastrophizing, and while I understand and have found myself doing the same, I think we really do need to see what happens. Sometimes the thought of things eats us up more than the actual thing. Not saying we don’t have to worry. Just saying we need to keep it in check for our MH.
