Separate thought: I think the early 90s were the golden days of MTV.
You had Yo! MTV Raps, Headbangers' Ball, Alternative Nation, Beavis & Butt-head, the early seasons of The Real World (when it felt real). You had music videos all the time, even those banned late at night.
