If DeepSeek’s alleged minimal dev costs are a bluff, it’s been a smashing success for their PR dept. If so, they have punked the US tech and media industries wholesale, *and* our stock market. Either way, genius-level moves. (The US is well on its way to losing its world leadership status. Sigh.)
