Maybe a Smith’s amanita? I’ve never run across an amanita this white. Very toxic. Not for munching on! #fungifriends #mushrooms

First time running across a white Elfin saddle! #fungifriends #mushrooms

If I’m correct, this one is called Trembling merulius or jelly rot fungus. Apparently some compare it to the rind of bacon, but I wouldn’t eat these ones! #fungifriends #mushrooms
Layers of white mushroom similar to turkey tail stacked on top of each other, growing out of a log and surrounded by fallen green and yellow leaves. “Trembling merulius(Phlebia tremellosa) is a common wood-decaying fungus found on many varieties of hardwood. Several young honey mushrooms are popping out here- their tops are brown and shaggy and the stems are white. “The honey mushroom (Armillaria sinapina) is an incredibly unique mushroom because the fleshy areas possess bioluminescent qualities at night! During the day, this mushroom is dull and tan in color with a broad, bulky cap that perches atop a short, stubby stem. There may be yellow warts or bumps on the tissue of the cap as well.” - Picture Mushroom app

The top of this olive-cream colored mushroom is very shaggy, just like its name! “This species is very similar to the Shaggy Parasol, only differentiated by its olive color and smaller spores. Olive shaggy parasol is found wild across Europe and the American Pacific Northwest. This toxic mushroom can cause stomach upset, and it looks similar to the extremely toxic False Parasol which can cause death.” -Picture Mushroom app

This mushroom is white, very large and lumpy, growing on the side of a tree. “Red-belted polypore is a shelf fungus that's usually seen on aspen, birch, and various conifer trees. This perennial mushroom is known to cause the cubical brown rot in host trees.” - Picture Mushroom app

Zeller's bolete (Xerocomellus zelleri) has a very noticeable blackish cap that shimmers pearlescent in the proper light. This beautiful cap can reach up to 4.5 in across and is slightly convex in shape. This mushroom's underside is a mass of tightly spaced pores of golden yellow that fade to putrid green with age. - Picture Mushroom app description

This small mushroom is mostly white but has a curious little pink center in the cup-like cap. Another teeny tiny white mushroom is growing in the background This lil guy has a rosy brown cap and has a bite taken out of the left side, growing out of a mossy spot of the forest floor
