Mother fucker, I legit think I might be some sort of manic. Went from having a happy lovey-dovey time with my partners to like being actually depressed my happiness so fleeting and temporal to just straight up anger to the point my chest fucking hurts in 4 hours. i hate that when people mean "self prioritizing mental health" it stopped meaning "I need space to help myself heal" to "I'm going to remove everything including people who are very mentally vulnerable, from my proximity because they are an inconvenience to me personally."
