Carrie & Lowell came out a little under a year before my mom's death. This album did some heavy lifting for me afterwards. I have always felt connected to her through it, obviously because of the subject matter, but also because I know it's one of the last things she listened to before she died.

Needed a "tumbling block tower" for the mechanics of an indie RPG we were going to play for my birthday, but we were struggling to find a Jenga tower locally & ended up with a comically tiny dupe that absolutely didn't work & we ended up having to get a real one anyway.
