@canadapostcorp.bsky.social now requires people sending packages to the US to pay duty through 3rd-party app called Zonosrepay. It’s not optional.
I just sent a RETURN package to the US and was charged 35%, even though it was a RETURN.
Zonos has no option for Returns and won’t support refunds.
