Feeling incredibly dejected by life this morning. Wish I could sleep for next 2-4 business days.
At times, the ways in which I use and engage with social media are/have been so embarrassing, but I’m painfully introspective enough to entirely understand why. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk and I apologize to the new followers added after this morning’s tummy pic.

We all have a few medical issues that we just can’t really address right? Like my insurance no longer covers my exercise inhaler and the replacement just doesn’t work that well. Also - I more than likely re-aggravated a hernia I had surgically repaired but 🤷♂️.
