VA Judge ordered Georgetown University researcher Badar Khan Suri released and a source tells us he is expected back in DC soon. His wife, Mapheze Saleh, a US citizen cheered the court order earlier today. ICE detained Suri without due process and held him in a Louisiana detention center.
