it's actually kinda funny in a way to get to the finish line of curing cancer and having the government go eh you know what. never mind
A tiny trial in New York has shown that personalized mRNA vaccines can provoke massive, lasting immune responses against pancreatic cancer, even as sweeping federal cuts now threaten the fragile labs required to produce them.

Dan Richman is a professor at Columbia Law School and a leading authority on criminal procedure—not exactly an ideal target for Fourth Amendment violations.

I’d love to see what his Crim Pro exam looks like this year.

Trump is so damn envious of China’s Xi that he wants the US to become “More like China”. Not to have more efficient manufacturing or increase our exports but to force people to “Sit up straight and say Yes Sir’ every time he walks in the room. Spoiler alert Donald. That will never happen #ProudBlue

Oh. Cool. Just as the President is using every power he can to suppress dissent and stifle speech, @whitehouse.senate.gov and the @judiciarydems.senate.gov are trying to hand Trump a new tool to suppress speech online.

What a joke.

In the last few weeks, I’ve become increasingly convinced that Trump and his regime are totally cooked.

They can only stay in power by stealing elections—but they can only do that if enough people are willing to help them.

They’re in a downward spiral and can’t pull themselves out of it.

So the GOP unveiled a healthcare plan with no ACA extensions.

Then GOP moderates rebelled, calling getting rid of the extensions “political shocked” and now they’re apparently going to vote on the new health plan *and* ACA extensions next week.

We’ll see.

This should be the biggest story in the country right now. The sitting US President was extorting state lawmakers from his own party by threatening to withhold public money if they didn’t gerrymander for him.

Good morning Bluesky! Yesterday, Trump “pardoned” a state inmate he can’t pardon, keeps trying to indict Letitia James over $50, and Heritage threatened Indiana with Mad Max if it won’t gerrymander. Republicans heard the threat, shrugged, and voted no anyway. Turns out bullying is losing its touch.

Under the Trump admin’s new policy, dependent children of visa applicants are not allowed to have their social media set to private during the entire visa process. They MUST make their social media public.
