This is the beginning of the end for CAs (and god knows what environmental protections) and if anyone believes it won't result in job loss they're fools
The province is creating the Ontario Provincial Conservation Agency (OPCA) to "provide centralized leadership, efficient governance, strategic direction and oversight of all conservation authorities." Some conservation authorities will be consolidated, but the province insists no jobs will be lost.
