Whenever law enforcement agents are given a quota of a specific number of people to arrest or detain, especially with the WH policy director screaming at their superiors to hit those target numbers, bad things are going to happen. Quotas always result in civil rights violations.

I have to agree with him. We have way too many older people holding on to power & then we are left in bad situations when they pass away.
The same thing happened with RBG. I love her, but she left us in a really bad mess.
