What's happened since?

A record number of women have been prosecuted. Pregnancy loss is now considered extremely suspicious, even when it has nothing to do with abortion.

Loper Bright the shit out of this thing.

(By which I mean argue that as the Supreme Court held in Loper Bright v. Raimondo agencies do not get judicial deference when interpreting statutory text, much less text as clear as this. Shit is illegal.)
ICE has declared they’re not subject to an existing federal law requiring they allow members of Congress to perform unannounced oversight.

It’s not an ambiguous issue—they simply think they’re above the law.

More on MY DATA.

These individuals, DOGE and its leadership are responsible for the misuse, of data and need to be held accountable.

Every American citizen should be given an accounting of the use of their data and fines under existing data privacy laws levied against those responsible.
June 19, 2025 at 12:40 AM
This is the irresponsible use of MY DATA that we should all fear.

There is still no accounting of what data was handled by who, where it is housed, if it safe or if it’s been exfiltrated from the government’s perimeter.

I did not give permission for MY DATA to be used in this manner.
