I also learned from my old therapist that drawing and coloring can help reduce distress when talking about traumatic events because it distracts your brain from the weight of what you’re discussing. She used to give me mandalas to color, and I still have them!

I have a lego brickheadz set and a couple of crochet kits that I really want to do, but I’ve been so tired lately. I wonder if I should start them anyway? Maybe it’ll give me a boost of energy that I’ve been needing the past few weeks.

It took me 40 minutes, but I figured out that I had to add the album manually under my phone icon. I can finally listen to Mazzy Star!!!!!!!
The never ending story of me ripping my CDs to iTunes and it failing to sync to my phone on the last two albums, and one of them had no track names. *cries*

Feeling pretty relaxed and spending my night ripping my CDs to itunes since I’m finally going to be canceling my Spotify subscription. It’s nice to rediscover so much music I haven’t really listened to in years.

It took me two hours to decide on the style of the upper tier behind my museum. I plan on adding more items, this is just the beginning of it!
Actually, now that I think of it, you might not see all of it behind the museum, but at least we know it’ll look good!
