Got the opportunity to try out a mobility scooter today, during what would have been a long walking day. And it was honestly life changing. It literally changed my whole experience, instead of being limited to very few shops and having to stop all the time, I got to just keep going??

I showed my co workers Spiritbox, because they were interested in hearing music I listen to as a self proclaimed metal girlie. So I told them to put on “sun killer” as it’s one of their softer songs, didn’t want to terrify them from the off ya know. We got mostly through the song (cont)

After years of being petrified of the dentist, I’ve finally finished all my dental treatment. Very proud of myself, but so relieved it’s over! Now just to keep on top of it. 😊

Therapy is so healing. I’ve had the least amount of anxiety today than I’ve had in years. It’s weird figuring out that my body was in constant fight or flight and stuck in a trauma response. My shoulders feel lighter and I feel like I can breathe. A lot more therapy to go but it’s been amazing!

Finding the Grenfell: uncovered documentary really emotional. The fact the stay put policy is even still legal after Grenfell is disgusting. We need more fire regulations especially for the most vulnerable in the UK.

Fudge is reacting very well to his new renal diet. He’s perked up a bit, and eating a bit more. Very thankful we found his kidney disease early. 💖

Had a lovely week off. Finally got some things off my chest I’d been holding onto for far too long. Feeling lighter. Got to see my fur baby. Enjoy some nice days out. Just feeling so much better over the past couple of months since coming out of my funk. 😊
