So many Linux versions to test. I enjoy having the choices. I do though tend to return to Manjaro. I found a new browser called Librewolf I really like. It's as noninvasive as I've found.
Freedom to choose is a guiding idea for me. Without freedom to choose there is no freedom.

When freedom seems based on skin color and country of origin there is no freedom. That is called racism and is not a good look for any country.
A government filled with loyalists sees only one perspective.

Cutting programs that help the people to lower taxes for the people only means the people will have to pay more for those things without the programs. Why not target military spending instead.

Last night I was thinking about super heros
What makes them great
I don't think it's the powers but the amazing group of friends they have around them. People always there ready to do whatever is needed.
It's the people around us that can create that super hero within all of us.

Currency led to this. The creation of placing a value on things then caused time to be created. Time only exists for humans. Beyond us there is day/night and seasons. We have created our own limitations and chained ourselves to it.
We can do better. If we can get out of our own way.

De-funding, Closing, even selling off of buildings and yet no talk of where all the money is going. I feel that with billions of dollars suddenly available according to the admin. There should be some plan for that money. Where is the accountability? Where is all that wealth going.

It's early May, the snow is going fast here at 5,021 feet. My mind has been wandering the forest already. Already looking ahead to camping.
Yet my mind is also trying to avoid the thoughts that I may soon have to leave here. That this new admin will remove the small funding amounts I receive.

Sometimes, in the midst of the worst storm when we can find a moment of calm within we hear ourselves telling us we will make it through as we did before. Maybe with dirt on our knees and hope in our minds yet we will make it.

It's been said money can't buy happiness.
While I agree I would like to add..
Money may not buy happiness yet it can afford something that can be considered happiness, and that is choice.
If I were wealthy I could afford better health care, better living standards. And that can create happiness.

What's up it says. Oh you know I reply! All the things. Life lingers for none of us.
You do that thing, say those words! Be that person you would be proud to know. And you should get started now. That time thing has no handles so you'll end up chasing after it if you don't keep up.
