To transform the country and take on the populist right, Labour must heed the voices of its radical realists - and build a principled, practical, popular left alternative. Join @mainstreamlabour.bsky.social and together we can bring that alternative to life.

Excellent that no @royalgreenwich.bsky.social homelss families are any longer in hotels or B&Bs, quite some achievement making a better life for those families and saving council taxpayer money.

I detest @robertjenrickmp.bsky.social dog whistle, divisive approach support the Far Right protests targeting asylum seekers, two-thirds of whom are successful in their applications fleeing war, genocide, discrimination etc. Is this the new Nasty Tory Party?

Moving to attend @royalgreenwich.bsky.social commemoration of #Srebenica genocide. We should never forget this evil act or other unspeakable acts of genocide. More love and less hate, more understanding and less intolerance.

Delighted to see Network Rail have finally overpainted the aged graffiti on both sides of Angerstein bridge over Woolwich Road. Follows my intervention to use the overnight closure. Would be great to paint a train or just "Welcome to Charlton" one side, and "Welcome to East Greenwich " on the other!

Oxford Street has been struggling for years.

The proposal to pedestrianise the street, backed by the majority of Londoners, will help bring it back to life.

Creating a destination to shop, eat and socialise—boosting jobs and supporting businesses.
