Obviously the answer to this question is no, but more importantly, I will not take a question like this seriously until it is demonstrated to me that the makers of LLM technology, and their boosters in business and the media, have even the slightest concern for the suffering of actual human beings.

The vast majority of anti-social behaviour policies describe young people congregating in public places as "anti-social behaviour." Youth clubs are basically a thing of the past. Libraries are for silence, not socialising. School is for learning. Where are kids supposed to socialise?

Third sector organisations are absolutely essential for children and young people across Scotland. The knock on effect of Labour's decision will be less money for charities, which means less staff and less services, which means children and young people will receive less support.
