Delighted that the first people on stage at Wholehearted (a Methodist Church event) were the safeguarding leads and the room welcomed them with a cheer. So important that safeguarding is front and central.

Impressed with this advent pack which Jethro brought home from Cubs this evening. A gift from the small URC church with an elderly congregation where Cubs is held. It’s a small missional act but a lovely one and Jethro’s certainly excited by it.

A blessed day - time to be still, time to prep for a learning day on Saturday, time to touch base with colleagues, precious time offering #supervision then school pickup and cooking for the family. They are not always like this but good to celebrate when they are #thankful #ministry
