All HC workers and TUs will be watching the NIA closely this morning. Choosing to pay cost of living increases by instalment is undervaluing staff, and will not be received well by the staff you rely on for care. Minister needs to be able to pay the uplifts in full. @bma-ni.bsky.social

Students shouldn't have to worry about how to pay bills, or afford food, or need to skip placement to work a part time job.
