BREAKING: ICE is sending Russian dissidents back to Russia. When the dissidents arrived in Russia, the Russian authorities were given documents relating to their asylum applications in the US which under US law are confidential. This seems to be part of a secret agreement between Trump and Putin.

Having been Civil Service for a while and now FS - there's a lot of hard, complicated, demanding work that gets done on the daily with less resources than we need.

And has nothing to do with the mission they were officially given

Which was to protect federal property and personnel and was already sketchy even as far as that went.

Military documents confirm that the LA operation today was a “show of presence” intended to send a message to LA residents about the power of the federal government.

After staging with armed soldiers and Border Patrol agents on horse, they packed up and left after a short walk.

That woman and man are Marines. The Corps should be ashamed to be drawn into such a petty and grade school level of misogyny and racism at the expense of its Marines.
One aspect of this story I haven't seen much reporting on is DOD's new 404 error page, which used to be white soldiers looking at a map, but now features a woman and a black man struggling to clear a bar.

These racists are trying to re-segregate the military as part of the DeConstruction, and they are internet trolls with boeringly shallow senses of humor, and I've noticed that the Department of Defense has changed it's 404 Not Found page since 2024, wonder if anyone here can spot some differences.
