I've been putting on old episodes of The Big Bang Theory on for white noise while I edit, and you know what, I (and a lot of people) give that show a lot of shit for many good reasons, but the first few seasons had genuinely funny jokes in there, before it became "Isn't Sheldon wacky?" all the time.

The prose is incoherent & the only way to make it through a paragraph is to rely on the North Star or her self-pitying narcissism. The gist of this graf is “strangers obsess about me, must be because I work so hard,” but it is almost immediate lost in the morass of “typed on notes app while hiking”

I love this Dispatch game so much I'm not even mad that they stole my joke about Taco Bell's menu being the same five ingredients in different combinations.

If game companies want to start using AI to make games, I have bad news for them, I have enough games in my backlog to never buy a new game again. I wonder if they factored that into their profit projections?
So, if you take a last place team to first in the American League despite minimal roster turnover, you're NOT the Manager of the Year, but squeaking into a wild card and getting bounced immediately wins it? So why didn't Schneider win it three times already?

I am beyond floored that Shane Bieber has exercised his option and stayed with #Bluejays. Not because I didn't think he liked it here, he absolutely did. But because he's only going to earn $12 million (US) in 2026 when he could have had 10 times that or more on the open market. Wow.
