Library world has lost an amazing scholar, thinker, and activist who was never afraid to express hard truths. Yeah, the trolley problem is just the framing for the actual point of that post, which is “it’s boots-on-the-ground workers that know how to solve problems, not head-in-the-clouds bosses”. But I do agree with Guy in that sometimes people on the internet are too clever for their own good.
