I’ve been holding onto information for a few months now that I’m going to try share now.
A few months ago I was diagnosed as Autistic. I know it’s not supposed to matter, especially in light of 2 of my kids being autistic, but I am really struggling to accept it.

I don’t know why I’m still a fan. It’s been this way most of my 40+ years. Games they SHOULD win, they lose. Games they NEED to win, they lose. Games they have no business in, that’s when they win. I’ve all but given up hope for the playoffs.

Met with my cancer surgeon this morning. Just like my oncologist a few months ago, I am officially discharged from care. I was told I can officially stop saying “in remission” and can now say cancer-free!

Right now I spend someone else’s money. I used to tell cops where to go and how to get there.

My 7 year old getting excited at all the blow ups around our neighborhood:
“Santa! Minion! Stitch! Grinch! Bluey…” then…
“A penguin? In Canada? It’s not nearly cold enough! They should be in Antarctica!”
Yeah buddy. Because THAT’s the unrealistic part of all of them.

I was teaching my 7 year old about numbers today. I showed the difference between 1 million and 1 billion. 1 million seconds ago was 11 days ago while 1 billion seconds ago was 31 years ago! He loved it! I have a number geek on my hands and I couldn’t be happier!
