For when Twitter inevitably collapses
Today feels like the City game a couple of weeks ago, I always have confidence that #NFFC can beat anyone at home but the gulf in quality and resources between us and clubs like Arsenal is vast…
January 17, 2026 at 9:22 AM
My hope for #NFFC right now is that we just survive this season, take whatever joy we can from the Europa League campaign, and go into the summer with a plan for a new head coach and how to use the Anderson money to build on a squad that clearly has a lot of talent but lacks direction…

This game doesn’t matter but that was still appalling #NFFC.

I don’t see the sense in sacking your third manager of the season unless you really have to, Dyche is making that argument harder every game.
January 9, 2026 at 8:21 PM
Probably a bit stronger XI than I was expecting but I have no clue who’s playing where for #NFFC tonight, could be a back three, could be McAtee deeper, could be Bakwa or Ndoye as a wingback?
January 9, 2026 at 6:33 PM
Tonight is a chance for some #NFFC players on the fringes to step up and prove they have a role to play this season, Dyche clearly doesn’t trust a few of them and they only way for that to change is to put in a positive performance…
January 9, 2026 at 2:28 PM
and breathe…

It didn’t matter how the job was done tonight but #NFFC managed to get over the line, and talking to West Ham fans queuing to get out of Stratford they think it’s over…

Two awful awful teams, #NFFC have had the better chances but it’s one mistake at the back to concede the corner and they switched off.

There’s no imagination when we have the ball, it’s all so slow and so predictable.

A big second half coming, we can’t leave here with nothing.

No excuses, that #NFFC team has more than enough to be defensively solid and strong going forward, the basics win this game.
January 6, 2026 at 7:36 PM
You didn’t need to be incredibly imaginative to have written the match report for this one pregame. #NFFC once again were not good enough in the attacking third and conceding from poor chances…
December 30, 2025 at 9:41 PM
😦 not sure about that…

#NFFC will be in a battle tonight and I’m not sure Zinchenko is the one for that, even with Savona’s recent struggles.

Start fast and get into them early.
December 30, 2025 at 6:21 PM
Intensity is the key word for tonight’s game, #NFFC don’t need to be pretty but a win with the other games for team around us this week would be massive.

They need to be up for the fight from the first minute and not give this Everton team an inch…
December 30, 2025 at 11:30 AM
I like Savona, and he’ll only benefit in the long term from this extended run of games, but #NFFC will be a lot better team with Aina back in the defence.
December 27, 2025 at 3:24 PM
These are the games Igor Jesus was born to play in, a top performance today for #NFFC
December 27, 2025 at 3:00 PM
#NFFC didn’t deserve to lose that, the first half was a disciplined display but a bit of a non event, in the second they responded really well to conceding then just couldn’t do it a second time…
December 27, 2025 at 2:31 PM
#NFFC can beat anyone at the City Ground but today is one of those days when the gulf in resources in the Premier League looks the most stark, let’s spend the day celebrating Robbo, backing the team, and making it as uncomfortable for Pep and his players as possible.
December 27, 2025 at 9:26 AM
Far have I travelled, and much have I seen…

Travelling away to watch #NFFC isn’t always easy, but 2025 was a hell of a year with only one competitive game missed and a couple of preseason trips to glamorous locations such as Chesterfield and Birmingham…
December 22, 2025 at 11:58 PM
Two very poor sides on show today and #NFFC managed to lose a nil nil game.

In the aftermath of Ange I’d have taken being five points clear at Christmas, but the swings in performances are a problem, we win well or lose terribly…
December 22, 2025 at 10:05 PM
The best league in the world shouldn’t have a referee that causes mass groans from both sets of supporters when being announced prematch.

I hope someone gives Taylor a nudge and reminds him thirty thousand people aren’t here to see him tonight.
December 22, 2025 at 7:44 PM
That’s a strong #NFFC XI, let’s see how long Luiz can last but there are good options on the bench.

Interesting to see John keep his place, you’d think with Sels in the squad that means he’s fit enough to play, it’s a hell of a vote of confidence in big John.
December 22, 2025 at 6:54 PM
This game is a great opportunity for #NFFC to put some real distance between themselves and the bottom three, but it won’t be easy.

We don’t have a great record against Fulham and even with their AFCON players missing they have enough to cause us problems…
December 21, 2025 at 12:32 PM
Besides some emotional and UEFA squad requirement reasons there really isn’t a solid argument for #NFFC to look at bringing Brennan Johnson home…
December 18, 2025 at 2:20 PM
I’m in the middle of a debate about #NFFC this season, it started with what was the high point of the Ange era, and beyond the obvious answer of the hour immediately after the Chelsea game, the only thing I could come up with was the twenty minutes or so at Betis?
December 18, 2025 at 12:10 PM
They shouldn’t be able to schedule football matches for times that aren’t possible to attend using public transport, it shouldn’t be that controversial but it happens constantly.
December 17, 2025 at 6:47 PM
Let’s not forget just how bad a performance that was from Sam Barrott today, absolutely appalling throughout and unacceptable at the top level of the game.

They’ll be no consequences unfortunately and he’ll be around ruining another game next week.
