With a run of Liverpool, Malmo, Brighton, Wolves, Everton, Utrecht and Spurs in the space of three weeks Dyche is going to need everyone in the squad to get through it.

If #NFFC can get Wood, Hudson-Odoi and Bakwa back after the break then he has the options to make changes for Europe…

That win is massive for #NFFC!

We now head into an international break with some foundations to build from and time for Dyche to really work with his squad for the first time…

I’m reluctant to call any game in early November a must win, but today for #NFFC is as close as it gets.

A win would represent a first three points in the league since the opening day, it would make the last two draws look like better results, and show that the recovery has started…

Happy enough with the line up, a bit more of a narrow 4-3-3 but plenty of quality if #NFFC expect to have more of the ball.

Hopefully they’ll can get the job done and take off a few ahead of the weekend.

The promoted teams have been a surprise and have made some of the pundits crying last year about the league being a closed shop look very daft, but there are a lot of established teams that have had poor starts to the season that you’d think will balance itself out eventually.
November 3, 2025 at 8:31 PM
Graz are a bit of an unknown but a Premier League quality squad should be able to go there and get a win, and Leeds will be a dogfight where #NFFC will need a lot of the players who played these last three games to perform…

A deserved point for #NFFC, when you’re playing against twelve or more men for most of the game and in really poor form yourselves you have to take what you can get.

There was a lot of fight and more quality going forward than we’ve seen recently…

Three very similar line ups in Dyche’s first three games, the players let him down at Bournemouth after a good start against Porto, and now have a chance to prove they deserve to keep the shirt.

You’d guess any rotation will come for #NFFC in midweek at Graz…
November 1, 2025 at 2:18 PM
Another tough game for #NFFC today, but with a full week of training and some more time to better get the ideas across, this is a great chance to get a much needed win…
November 1, 2025 at 10:02 AM
It’ll be interesting to see how #NFFC line up at the weekend as the team at Bournemouth was arguably our best available team, but that performance and the squad options now available to us almost demand changes…

If you’d offered me a 2nil win against Porto and a 2nil defeat at Bournemouth for #NFFC I’d have taken it, followed by a clear week for Dyche ahead of United at home, Graz away, and Leeds at home and the picture could look very different after the next international break.
October 27, 2025 at 7:11 PM
There was a reaction second half but the game was lost at that point, and it was the bare minimum that was expected. #NFFC don’t do well down here and with a full week for Dyche to work with them you’d expect a lot better against United.

We need to start picking up points.

We’ve seen worse performances this season from this #NFFC team but after Thursday night this one is particularly disappointing.

They haven’t got anywhere near their midfield and then the usual bizarre things that somehow always happen to Forest when they come here have happened…
October 26, 2025 at 2:55 PM
No arguments with that #NFFC XI, they all deserve their spots and the bench has plenty of quality to refresh things after an hour or so if we start to tire.

It’s important to start well today, but Bournemouth are flying so it’s not going to be pretty at times.
October 26, 2025 at 12:47 PM
Under normal circumstances #NFFC travelling to Bournemouth would be a difficult task, but add in their current form and a Forest team in transition, and it looks like it could be a long day…

Nottingham Forest Football Club… #NFFC
October 24, 2025 at 7:11 AM
It’s not difficult is it, defend properly, attack with pace, and take a chance however it comes.

The great thing is that we know this #NFFC squad can still be better, let’s build on this win and clean sheet and get back on track…
October 23, 2025 at 9:41 PM
A return to sanity with the #NFFC team selection, and with Wood and Bakwa out that’s probably our strongest team.

It’ll be interesting to see how they cope three v two in the midfield but Gibbs-White can drop back out of possession if needed…
October 23, 2025 at 6:03 PM
When the draw was made this looked like being the toughest game for #NFFC, and even if you have to take their results with plenty of context due to the opposition they’ve faced Porto are still a very good team who will cause us problems…
October 23, 2025 at 7:48 AM
A very different vibe to that press conference than we’ve seen recently, and some vintage Dyche moments to start his #NFFC tenure, it’ll all settle down soon and if the results come quickly that positive energy should be able to propel Forest back to where they should be.
October 22, 2025 at 2:29 PM
Dyche hits all the right notes and whilst it’s not exactly the same feeling as Pearce coming back to #NFFC, because fans don’t have that direct connection with him yet, you can still hear the pride he has for his association with the club…
October 21, 2025 at 4:32 PM
Under normal circumstances with a new manager coming in with just a couple of days before their first game I’d lean towards them sticking with a similar team to the previous game, but with how #NFFC set up against Chelsea that seems unlikely…
