I think that the most effective way I've found for staying hydrated is having a toddler that will immediately grab your water bottle if you leave it anywhere, run it right over to you, and then stare at you with anticipatory glee until you take a sip, grinning and applauding when you finally do so.

I can't help but notice that the most common dismissal of the #NoKings march is, "Is we really had a king, you wouldn't be able to protest."
Which is not only deeply ahistorical and completely misses the point, but also feeds into the myth of authoritarian dictators being all powerful.
