This was the Absolum run that showed the end credits. At this point I was 7 hours in and had knocked the assist controls up to make it easy. Did the true ending after with full cheat mode on! I'd kind of lost patience at this point, not really built for roguelikes. Georgeous game though #pileofshame

This is one of the endings of Rogue Flight. A very pretty Star Fox-esque shooter that was one of my first PS5 Pro enhanced games. Wish you could disable haptics, my finger trigger is killing me! #pileofshame

This is one of the endings of Rogue Flight. A very pretty Star Fox-esque shooter that was one of my first PS5 Pro enhanced games. Wish you could disable haptics, my finger trigger is killing me! #pileofshame
Just watched the trailer for the film version of 'The Exit 8' after finishing the game as I'm intrigued how they will turn such a short game into a film. But maybe it could just work #pileofshame

Cronos: The New Dawn - one of those solid 7/8 out of 10 games. Looks good, nice and creepy with very cool sound. But, the story confused me a bit and it's got a really pointless melee attack: why have punch and stomp buttons if they don't really work against enemies? Anyway, decent game #pileofshame

Ball X Pit, is a weird game - you think it's Arkanoid, then quickly realise its more like Vampire Survivors, the it throws in a weird Peggle/Jigsaw Puzzle City building thing, and finally it turns into Cookie Clicker. Anyway, played it all the way to the proper ending! #pileofshame
Knocked out Herdling in one sitting - which is always a good sign. Really nice music, if I'm being picky I wish the frame rate was a bit more consistant #pileofshame

I have memories of playing MGS3 but not liking it much, I can't remember getting out of the jungle to be honest. However Metal Gear Solid Delta got decent reviews so I thought I'd give it another go. It's completely insane! Looks great, mad bosses, feels comfortably retro. It was fun #pileofshame

Finally finished Metaphor: ReFantazio. A beautiful game from a design point of view, more political than most games dare to be (it's basically about an election campaign really), but boy was it long! #pileofshame
Here's my list of games that I completed in 2025 (barring the red one which was abandoned). One game kind of missing was an old emulated ZX Spectrum game called JetPac - its from an era where some games just didn't have a credits screen but I did manage to loop through the levels. #pileofshame

Been a while since I’ve finished a game (blame metaphor refantazio which is taking forever! and ball-x-pit) but here’s the end of credits screen for Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment - a surprisingly long one, still have loads of post game content to deal with too #pileofshame

Thats Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice platinumed in preparation for the sequel. I've done this before on the PS4 but wanted to refresh my memory of the story and see what the upgrade to PS5 was all about. Good game, doesn't quite stick the landing though imho #pileofshame

Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered done and dusted. I've played and and almost platinumed this before but this version had all the DLC so it was nice to finish off Black Cat and Sable's story properly #pileofshame

I’m in two minds about posting this here, depends if you count UFO50 as a collection or a single game. In either case I’ve seen some credits roll so according to my rule it deserves a post. This was the end of ‘Magic Garden’… only 49 more games to go, maybe... #pileofshame

So, this is the end of the story mode of Kirby’s Star Stacker on the SNES. Credits have rolled! It’s another spin-off/blatant copy of the ‘Panel De Pon’ series I thin? I need to stop playing these, they are a bit addictive #pileofshame

The second game I polished off today was Despelote. Graphics are very unique, there's a bit of 'game within a game' and an interesting bit of deconstruction at the end. Having said that I can't help but think it would work just as well as a comic book. #pileofshame

I was in two minds about putting Blippo+ here as it’s more an experience than a game. Anyway, acting is a bit overly am-dram in places and I wish it had a bit more interactivity, but it kept me engaged. #pileofshame

So that's one of the endings to The Invincible done. It's a walking simulator at the end of the day; not a massive amount of gameplay but nice to see a game do proper Sci-Fi. #pileofshame

No trophy for completing Sayonora Wild Hearts so here's the last 5 minutes. Highest completion percentage for any trophy was something like 4.7% which is really low. Anyway, very pretty arcade game - screams out "make me VR" in some places! #pileofshame
