It’s taken me a while to get to this one, but time for me to believe the hype. Never seen a deckbuilder as stylish as Wildfrost!

Just finished @wnwagner.bsky.social’s Girl in the Creek. It’s a gory, exceedingly fun read. Got to the point where I had to devour the last third in one sitting.

It’s also a love letter to the Pacific Northwest. Makes me feel honored to walk in these woods!

Definitely pick up a copy in July 🍄 🌲

Buried deep in a thread is the intersection of my media loves — the podcaster I pretty much exclusively listen to is gaming. I’m writing short stories, and the world’s exploding. Things are bleak! (and beautiful)
The indignancy is maybe the worst part. The sheer how the the fuck dare they of it all. Still, one day we'll wake up to a sweet headline.

I'm playing Red Dead Redemption, cos I'm taking solace in riding around assaulting racists.

So fun catching up with @wnwagner.bsky.social at Emerald City Comic Con. We love an impromptu @talkscaredpod.bsky.social meet-up. Couldn’t be happier — thanks for the book and the signing, Wendy! (Loving the new sweatshirt, too, Neil)
