2 observations from this Monday evening’s gym visit.
1) If you’re going to stand 3-metres away from equipment to set up to film yourself, don’t get pissy when someone else steps in to actually use it.
2) Treadmills are like blowjobs - if you have to use your hands, you’re not doing it right.

Anyone else noticing a trend of (typically) young guys bringing their GF to the gym, who does nothing but sit on equipment watching said BF and pissing around on their phones? They’re like the latest gym accessory, and all the BFs go macho-arsehole if you ask the GF to move off 🙄

The driving quality and state of the local mall suggest the school holidays have started (even though, officially, term ends on Tuesday). 6-weeks of relative ease getting to work is not worth the impact on all other aspects of life 😭

Just found out that #Wetherspoon is no longer selling Jim Beam, leaving only Jack Daniel’s on the bourbon menu which is a third more expensive. With the price increases and diminishing drink offer, I’ll be joining the “stay in” people before much longer

Every example I’ve seen of this is people walking on treadmills with stationary arms (holding onto the treadmill or, ironically, using their phone) & moaning the watch didn’t track the workout because they don’t understand how it works🙄
