Den heutigen Basislauf verlängern auf 10km. Viel zu lange nicht mehr gemacht und von der Woche noch etwas nachzuholen. Damit jetzt 47,72/80km im Februar.

Heute wieder etwas beißen, vor allem im letzten Viertel des schnellen Intervalls, Dafür Pace deutlich konstanter gehalten als beim ersten Mal und auch den leichten Anstieg auf der Hälfte ordentlich bewältigt. Und damit 37,67/80km im Februar.
