Absolutely love finding papaver somniferum in the wild. They are glorious. And huge. And tasty when ripe and made into pies. And also used to make opium which is why it's pretty rare to stumble upon them.
Blessed is the country where they don't have to be locked up.

Had to switch from google search engine to duckduckgo. I really hate changing tools, even if the search has gotten worse over the years. But the inability to turn off the ~AI overview~ which takes up most of the screen (and probably wastes way too much water to generate) had finally forced me to.

I first made the sun&moon earrings about 15 years ago, when I was starting to work with polymerclay. They were quite popular, as I recall.
Today, I made them again, but in brass (very thin brass, I will add, because earrings should be comfortable).
Some things never change, I guess :)
