Aedan changes quite a bit over the years! Not only does his hair go from nearly buzzed to a little longer, stubble to beard, and earning a crooked nose and a few scars. His hair grays very early (part cause redish hair, part family genes, part Blight induced stress lol)

Devon’s normal hair style is the Anora Cinnamon Rolls, but she wears it in a simpler bun sometimes. After the origin, she sticks with that simple bun since it’s faster and easier to do by herself. For the Landsmeet and coronation, Leliana helps her with the braided buns. Years down the road 1/2

Damián changed his hair fairly dramatically after his break-up. It was partly for some control over something in his life, and partly to change his appearance just enough that he wouldn’t get recognized as easily.

Spencer kept his hair a little shorter (above his shoulders) for most of his life, and only started growing it out a year or so before the events of Veilguard. He started getting prominent gray streaks around the same time. Other than that, not much has changed other than more scars.

For Aethelwyne it’s mostly clothes/style.
In my canon they start VG in the Nevarran armor hinting at their wandering days and Reaper training.
When returning to Minrathous they quickly switch to an adventurer/explorer modified Tevinter fashion to blend in with.
Then wear a set of Tevinter “Dress” +

Morgan changed A LOT. He got his piercings + top surgery first, then whilst studying funeral rites in Bel’s clan he got Falon’din’s Vallaslin. Once he was trained in the Lavellan funeral rites he got his hands, eyes, lips and feet blacked out completely to symbolise how he communes with the dead

Enrie keeps the braid in her hair. Her mother used to put her hair into a braid and tuck it into her bun. Enrie's hair will always have one braid in memory of her.

Kalais doesn't change much. He just gradually acquires more tattoos from the age of 17 onwards.

Evelyn is rocking cutie braids and messy buns for most of her adult life, but I do headcanon that after Trespasser, while she's adjusting to losing a limb, she cuts off a bunch of hair. It gives her one less thing to invest a lot of energy into when she's struggling.

The main thing I headcanon about my canon Inquisitor is that her eyes changed when she touched the orb; she went from being brown eyed to bright vivid green that is the same as the anchor.
Then after Trespasser her eyes go partially back to brown with green still there in the iris, lingering.

D'metry changed a lot with hid appearance before Veilguard. He got the top surgery, he had short hair for a small stint there but he didn't suit it, he tried different make up looks but didn't really like most of them and he never had the horn covers when he was younger.
