Big congrats to my friends at Billionworlds, who just released Yield! Fall of Rome!

I did the audio design, implementation and SFX mix, which @theonogueira.bsky.social and I finalised at Snowcastle before Christmas over his lovely music.

While trying to make sense of my own GDScript code, I used a sequence diagram to visualize the code flow. This turned out to be a very simple and very useful tool for getting a birds eye view of my code. @mandarin.bsky.social

Wrapping up today's run at Global Game Jam right now. The feeling of wanting to just keep jamming forever, and never wanna stay up late ever again is palpable

Had an amazing weekend at the Oslo venue though, as evident in the photo

Some animated concept from Rubarb-Simon's past.

A creature having fun in the pool.. Or being confused. Maybe both🦡
Chilling in the pool

Some design work done while at Qvisten Animation for the film Bukkene Bruse.

Most of the time we just played around with forms in blender rather than actually drawing out the concept art.

Made for some nice gifs 🏖️

Ooh, I did a little interview with the lovely @thomanil.bsky.social about the gear I use daily to get my work done. It's long. And nerdy. And in Norwegian.

Lots of other interesting little interviews there, too.

Thanks for having me, Thomas! 📯

Wow! Bramble is nominated for Best Audio (Best Debut, too!) alongside some really heavy hitters at the Nordic Game Awards. One or two of the other nominees are some the best games I've ever heard, so I'm pretty flattered. See you in Malmö next week! 📯
