One of my favorite improv comedy tips that works really well for #ttrpg games is Will Hines' Know, Care, Say.
Know what you're doing.
Care about what you're doing.
Say that.
As a GM, I try to keep my worlds open and flexible so they can "know" them, instead of just letting me decide.
