So here’s a thing I’ve been working on: I got to hang out for a wee while with Sir Ian McKellen and “the Hobbits”, not to mention the lovely Sean Bean and Viggo Mortensen, and it was all just as thrilling and fun as you might imagine…

Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.
I saw the window tracery and immediately made my friends pause the film so I could tell them.

Ask me which movies I’ve rewatched the most, and both This Is Spinal Tap and The Princess Bride will be right up there. Rob Reiner’s such a big part of my feelgood-viewing life. He brought us all so much joy. What an absolute tragedy that he left us in this way.
