Not hard to do right thing & lift everyone up. Still with her (both of them).
Non MAGA folks who voted for him: "I'm sure he'll focus on food prices, healthcare improvements as WELL as the border"

90 Million Non Voters: "They are both the same."

All the rest of us: "We are in the fight for our lives and all those who are under direct attack."

God damn it...

The "he's not gonna listen to her" reactions are missing many points. Lots of other people are also hearing it. Lots of people can see him hearing it, then weigh what she's said with what he'll do. Lots of people can see her refusal to surrender these ancient teachings to the latest face of empire
Rev. Mariann Edgar Budde to Trump: "I ask you to have mercy upon the people in our country who are scared now. There are gay, lesbian, and transgender people in Democratic, Republican, and independent families, some who fear for their lives ... and the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals"

The country is living with terrible catastrophes: fires, earthquakes, flooding, land/mudslides.

We endure bc we come together to support, mourn, help. Family, friends & neighbors helping everyone, no matter what the distance.

No surprise that we will be living through ridiculous and trying times (to put it mildly) after 01/20.

I'm feeling something else though. The pendulum is swinging so far, so fast with the billionaires literally turning their businesses over to the far-right, it's nauseating.

Anita Bryant was a champion for an abhorrent discriminatory California bill, that would have outlawed any Gay person from a teaching position...solely bc they were Gay.

That measure lost and was one of the first things I proudly voted against, when I turned 18.

Good riddance.👋🏻

Saddened by lives lost, injuries, property destroyed and damaged by the Los Angeles fires.

Grateful that our 3 kids are safe (one, proactively evacuated) for now.

Alexander Dumas' "The Count of Monte Christo" is a sweeping tale of treachery, betrayal, revenge, redemption and heartbreak.

I just saw the latest version (from its "motherland" France) and it's superb. Beautiful, sadly romantic and satisfying comeuppance. Bravo!

President Carter's legacy is many things but one thing has always stood out: His unwavering honesty and courage not to sugarcoat what the country needed to hear.

It wasn't borne from personal agenda but what did we need to know to move forward.

He was a public servant and a great leader.

RIP to a great American & human being, President Jimmy Carter. He was my 1st Presidential vote in '80 & I'm as proud of it, as I am of all he represented. Thank you, President Carter! 😇❤️

Just spent a lovely three days with our kids. So proud of them for being "real" adults: messy, loving, caring, funny & a joy to be with.

Feeling very lucky & blessed.❤️
