I wrote this as a screenplay, then adapted it to a novel. Script (still on the market) is now based on IP that I own. Ownership is a beautiful thing.

As a challenge for myself, because working out has been tough through stupid injuries, I decided to do 100 push-ups a day for the month of September
I'm happy to report, 3000 push-ups have been completed. I feel stronger and eager for another challenge!!
