Highlight on our recent work on TFE3 fusion translocation renal cell carcinoma
Translocation renal cell carcinoma (tRCC) is an aggressive cancer with no effective treatment. @danfengcai.bsky.social's Lab, working with the Toska Lab @hopkinsmedicine.bsky.social, found that 2 tRCC fusion oncoproteins alter transcription and drive tumor growth by forming biomolecular condensates.
