Reminder: deadline to apply for the Stem Cell Summer School is 30th May. And it's May already! So you have to apply this month!

A limited number of bursaries are available.

p.s. this year, the summer school coincides with the Spetses Armata Festival, so there will be a big party on the island 🙂
The 2025 European Summer School in Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine will take place 12-19 Sept 2025, on the beautiful Greek island of Spetses.

Keep an eye on our website www.stemcellsummerschool.org for updates, or give us a follow 😀

Single-cell genome and transcriptome sequencing without upfront whole-genome amplification reveals cell state plasticity of melanoma subclones
Abstract. Single-cell multi-omics methods enable the study of cell state diversity, which is largely determined by the interplay of the genome, epigenome,

This week, my focus was mostly on bioinformatics developments, with one exception—the Seq-Scope-X preprint. It appears to be the first sequencing-based spatial method to achieve the same resolution as imaging-based techniques, which is an exciting breakthrough.

Just rewrote my 2020 blog post on how to stay on top of the never-ending stream of scientific articles & preprints! Whether you're already drowning in your "to-read" folder or just starting out, I hope these tips help!

Let me know what you think—or share your own tips!
Finding “relevant” papers in today’s scientific world
For my first blog post, I decided to revisit and rewrite some advice I originally shared in 2020 on how to stay up-to-date with scientific publications.

How oncogenic clones can eliminate their neighbours to take over space ? There are different ways combining growth and interfacial tension induced compaction. Check out our latest preprint led by Léo Valon and Alexis Matamoro-Vidal to learn more about this 👇
