DOD contractors “mistakenly” landed on a Mexican beach, declared it US property and planted “restricted area” DOD signs, triggering a tense confrontation with armed Mexican forces.

Mexico removed the signs, insisting the area is theirs.

Yet another example of total incompetence.

Take pause and consider that Donald Trump was elected president of the United States twice. J.D. Vance was elected a U.S. Senator and is now the vice president.

We are a republic in steep and unrelenting decline. Anyone is viable at this point. Anyone.
I have no idea why media continues to hype this person as a serious political commentator, but to go even further and float him as a viable presidential candidate is just farcical.

That WaPo would publish a piece about MBS without mentioning that he was responsible for murdering one of the paper’s contributors and having his corpse dismembered with a bone saw speaks volumes.

My mistake has been trying to explain what "fascism" is to people who don't care what it is.

So I'm going to try something else. Let's do this as a practical thought exercise.

If America *were* fascist *today* - what would you have to do differently in your daily life? /1
