20 years ago, my uncle took his life. He always seemed confident and strong. He hid the pain.
If you are finding it hard, please don't lock it away.
And if a friend opens up to you, it's better to have their head on your shoulder than their coffin.

Sunday mornings are a special time for me. Tomorrow I will put my pads on my hands and train my daughter; boxing and krav maga. It's our time together. She is learning and improving all the time, physically and mentally. 🥊

I am rapidly losing patience with X. I met some wonderful people on it, many in person but now there are too many bots and it really is a cesspit.
