The reports of an Israeli airstrike on Iran are deeply alarming.

It was great to get out and chat with residents on the Bournville last weekend alongside James Clayton - Councillor for WsM South Ward. Especially after such a wonderful event the night before at the launch of the Beacon of Hope. Huge thanks to everyone involved in such a beautiful community event.

I want to support measures that protect the safety and security of our community. That is why, I fully support the Prime Minister's announcement to increase UK defence spending to 2.5% of GDP by 2027.
