there's another piece of life advice i forgot that's super important for ND folks:
your brain is not wired to respond to just willpower.
you probably have the executive dysfunction and have been slamming your head against the mental wall right?
you have to approach it from the other side.

i got double de Quervain's in January 2025 bc the PS5 controller is only ergonomic for big man hands and it destroyed mine.
