I'm low-key angry at myself. I focused so much on everyone around me and helping them grieve or taking on responsibility. I didn't even notice something was wrong. I chalked my fatigue down to caregiver burnout and stress. Whole time I was proper sick. And now I have a long recovery ahead of me ๐

It's incredibly disheartening to go to a former employer's site to find stories you've written from 10-15 years ago and they're just ... not there.
