Here's one of the panels that Trump just removed from the President's House site in Philadelphia. (I took this picture of it last March. A couple of weeks later I led a walking tour that included the site.) Does this information "disparage" the United States?

Yes, critical independent thought is the goal but culture wars and extremists calling something controversial doesn’t make it one-Black Lives Matter and pride flags, signals that every student is welcome as an example of unwanted “activism”-no 🎁 article www.nytimes.com/2025/12/13/o...

Teach like a Luddite! In which I join @philnichols.bsky.social and @anterobot.bsky.social to argue for a Luddite praxis in education grounded in three elements: embracing strategic playfulness; developing localized tactics; and building networks of resistance. Read the article at Kappan:
Teach like a Luddite - Kappan Online
Embracing new technologies that don’t advance teaching and learning is a mistake. Educators must ask questions — and resist when necessary.

The stealing and pillaging of our shared resources - created with our monies - continues. So bad.
EDSITEment - a project National Endowment for the Humanities with 30 years of development and over 1,000 lesson plans and resources for K-16 students that attracted 2.5 million visitors per year - appears to have been archived and is no longer accessible.

This is what the #NEH has become.
