The only way the US sustains the enormous debt they've created is to grow gdp which tech has done via massive productivity gains, reducing the need 4 paid wages 4 revenue. Because corporations own the productivity tech, it becomes an effective tax subsidy from workers, shifting the burden of costs.

It's remarkable to me that the SKParty Gov't takes credit for gdp growth, jobs, investment. It's been 18 years - why has all this "expansion" resulted in worse outcomes for working people? Where is the wealth?
