Been a long road! Wasn’t a “diet”, it was a lifestyle change. Now I’m locked in! Everyday I’m working toward a better version of myself. I’ve been feeling like I’m regressing, but I remind myself that I only feel that way bc I keep raising the bar! Out of the ashes I rise!

I fucking HATE working with some of this younger generation. I just love how being told to do your damn job is now considered a personal attack on one’s mental health. It’s pathetic. If people knew half of what I’ve been through, they’d understand why excuses don’t fly with me 😅
