I am very disappointed that some GOP candidate in this blue state are running unopposed, and worse, some are on both the Republican and the Democrat line for the same position.

Early this morning, got a text message saying I had Opted into text alerts from the local #GOP even though I hadn't.
Immediately opted out.
Got an alert from them not 20 minutes later, even though I never opted in and after I opted out.
Does the entire GOP lack any understanding of consent?
