Fetterman was elected with such promise and has delivered nothing. If he cared anything for his constituents he would resign and let Shapiro appoint someone who can help lead the fight.
"The Barnes and Noble in York—where Fetterman was born and raised—had sold zero copies. The Barnes and Noble in Philadelphia had sold two copies. An independent store in Pittsburgh and an independent store in Philadelphia each told me they weren’t stocking Unfettered" defector.com/john-fetterm...

Someone should probably remind Sen. Cassidy that in the 10 years prior to the passing of the ACA employer plans increased over 130% and individual plans were increasing, on average, 10% per year. But yeah, it will be just like shopping for shampoo.
Cassidy: "If she goes and gets 2 types of shampoo & one is a dollar cheaper, she'll get the cheaper one & the other lowers their price. Once you give her the power of making the decision, she's gonna shop -- that begins to save her money and squeezes waste out of the healthcare system."

The pro MAGA media are paid to ignore it and Republican office holders are loathe to acknowledge it because it would be admitting to how morally bankrupt the party is.
An 11-year-old child raped by one of Trump's MAGA thugs.

How on God's earth can this be tolerated, let alone washed over and ignored by Republicans and the media?

Epstein has always been about money, power and influence. The men (and women) like Summers, who were willing to turn a blind eye to his depravity and sex crimes, even if they don't face criminal charges, need to be kicked to the curb and forever treated as the pariahs they are. wapo.st/49tF1A2

In a word, money. And access to it.
Something that’s so striking in these emails is how…unimpressive Epstein is. He comes off as a pompous, sub-literate lech. Yes everyone is so mortifyingly solicitous of him! All fawning and flattery! Why?????

Trump and his masked thugs hate women

Trump is a serial rapist and abuser, so he has unleashed the same in American cities and onto our streets

They grabbed this woman by the hair and violently dragged her across the parking lot

This is what Vance and Repubs love: beating the hell out of women

I read this book when it was first published and reread it today. Written by Timothy Snyder at the beginning of Trump's first term as a "what if" based on historical events leading to the rise of Hitler, Putin and others. In reading it today, it seems more of a play-by-play account of our own time.

In July of 1852, Frederick Douglass delivered one of the greatest speeches in US history. Today it’s often presented in abridged form, though, and skips what seems like a long-winded introduction. If you read the intro closely, however, there’s an ingenious structure. THREAD👇🏽
