Capitalism promised dignity through work.
But it delivered debt, insecurity, and a sense of being replaceable.
Humans evolved to live in tribes of 40–150 people, where everyone was known and cared for.
We’re not built for gigantic, anonymous economic engines where we’re cogs.

Since 1750 humans have released roughly 2,000–2,500 billion tonnes of CO₂ — that’s the same as leaving the planet’s regular volcanic CO₂ vents running for ~9,000–10,000 years,
And...
Every year people now emit ~150 times as much CO₂ as all the world’s volcanoes put out in a year.

Meaning isn’t found — it’s made, daily. It’s not a noun; it’s a verb of doing, connecting, and witnessing.
When you keep making — even without hope — you’re literally building meaning in real time.

A nation is not a marketplace, nor a mere collection of strangers governed by contract, but a shared soul, held together not by fear, nor manipulation, but by the difficult labor of trust, sacrifice, and shared meaning.

How can we wake people from willful ignorance without becoming tyrants ourselves? Can truth-seeking be embedded back into society without collapse first? Is it possible to build a culture of knowledge and survival again, or has the mass trade of comfort for control gone too far?

Mass legal restructuring without democratic input
Use of courts to strip rights rather than defend them
Federal overreach into family separation and immigration matters without due judicial process
This is exactly what we see in authoritarian backslides e.g. Hungary, Turkey, Brazil, and yes, Russia.

Grinding gears games has not delivered on POE2. Bad controls bad design bad enemies Poor atmosphere, lackluster depth, pigeon holed and convoluted leveling system and so far have not enjoyed the bosses, poorly designed just three rotations with cheap aoe attacks that spam very unrewarded experience
